Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS
• Coordinate external audits and manage audit requests across business units and geographies
• Maintain and govern the chart of accounts, communicating changes and new accounts
• Deliver training and guidance on accounting procedures and IFRS standards
• Prepare documentation required for financial statement sign-off and retained earnings reconciliations across ERPs
• Produce technical IFRS memos for significant transactions and accounting matters
• Review, validate, and post audit adjustments in SAP and BPC
• Support impairment assessments during half-year and year-end audits
• Collaborate with Tax teams on CIT filings and audit-related tax queries to ensure timely submissions
• Ensure document retention compliance across all operating geographies
• Support automation initiatives for financial statement preparation and liaise with external consultants
• Partner with stakeholders to improve processes, manage risks, and drive business excellence initiatives

Ideal Profile

• University degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Qualified Accountant certification required
• Five to six years of audit experience, preferably with a Big Four firm
• Two years of industry experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting controls
• Experience with SAP BPC or SAP Business Warehouse is highly regarded
