Key Responsibilities

• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting across multiple business units.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and communicate structural or policy updates effectively.
• Lead coordination with external auditors for interim and year-end audits.
• Prepare audit schedules, variance analyses, and technical accounting memos.
• Support impairment reviews, opening retained earnings reconciliations, and audit adjustments.
• Collaborate with tax teams to ensure compliance with corporate income tax (CIT) requirements.
• Coordinate and resolve financial statement-related queries from tax authorities and auditors.
• Drive automation and process improvements in financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Ensure document retention compliance and adherence to internal controls.
• Conduct IFRS workshops and training sessions for internal finance teams.
• Liaise with business units and stakeholders for variance analysis and financial insight sharing.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) mandatory.
• 5-6 years of external audit experience with a Big Four accounting firm preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in financial reporting or accounting control.
• Deep understanding of IFRS, audit procedures, and financial consolidation.
• Experience using SAP BPC, SAP BW, and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
