The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, ME+A will report to the Senior Vice President of Finance, ME+A with a dotted reporting line to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, International. They will be responsible for leading the Middle East and Africa FP&A Team who will partner and support the Regional Leadership and Management Team providing them with insight, analysis and an understanding of the financial performance of the business to allow them to make timely fact-based management decisions. They will also be responsible for managing routine activities including the development and submission of the month end Flash Report, Monthly Management Reporting, Monthly Business Reviews, Outlook and lead the process to develop the Middle East and Africa Annual Operating Plan in alignment with the business strategy and ensuring compliance with all deadlines.

Key Responsibilities: Provide effective leadership and management of the Middle East and Africa FP&A Team and help further their development. Be able to work autonomously in leading the FP&A team to meet deadlines and achieve key objectives. Establish work plans, delegating assignments to team members with an inclusive mindset. Perform the role of a strategic business partner to the CFO, Senior Leadership and Management Team. Work collaboratively with other Finance Functions including Operational Finance, Controllership and GBS. Support Regional Management with insight and analysis of the financial performance of the business from a historical and forward-looking perspective, highlighting exceptional performance and under-performance. This should include but not be limited to the following: Gross Revenue and Net Service Revenue Trends Gross Margin and EBITA performance by Sub-Region, Country and Business Line Project Performance including change in forecasts, Gain / Lost Margin, loss making projects and high margin projects Contribute commentary and analysis to support the ME+A Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews. Manage and co-ordinate monthly assessment of EBITA and Operating Cashflow risks and opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

Strong knowledge of Business and Financial performance including Profit and Loss, Working Capital, Revenue Pipeline and Project Accounting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain results, understand trends and prepare forecasts. Cognos (TM1) and Oracle experience preferred but applicants with experience in similar tools and systems will be considered. 10+ years leading a Finance Function (preferably FP&A) of a large public company.

Preferred Qualifications

Chartered Accountancy qualification (CA / ACCA / CIMA) is preferred but will also consider candidates qualified by experience.
