Financial Manager - Medical Field
Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial and accounting aspects of the medical facility, ensuring a balance between financial goals and operational sustainability.
Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives and increase financial returns.
Manage and guide the finance and accounting team, providing necessary guidance and training for superior performance.
Plan and prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance against set targets.
Analyze financial data and prepare regular financial reports for senior management to contribute to strategic decision-making.
Monitor cash flow and manage financial liquidity to ensure timely financial needs fulfillment.
Handle tax and financial compliance issues, adhering to local and national laws and regulations.
Develop and improve financial and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Interact with financial institutions, banks, and financial advisory entities to support financial needs of the institution.
Provide regular reports to management on the financial sector\'s performance and suggestions for improvement.
Monitor and manage financial risks and apply strategies to mitigate exposure to risks.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master\'s degree or professional financial certification is considered a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and accounting management in the medical or healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of financial and tax laws related to the medical sector.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand and utilize financial data for strategic decision-making.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse teams and external entities.
Leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate teams.
Excellent computer skills, proficiency in accounting software, and business management tools.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
