The position is based in Dubai, UAE, will report directly to FP&A Manager META. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis activities, driving insightful decision-making, and contributing to the company\'s growth and success. The role will be responsible for reporting financial results and other business metrics, supporting in special projects and leading internal process enhancement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities will be:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets that reinforce strategic planning and operational excellence.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor key financial and business performance indicators ( DIO, DSO, IMS, spending/G2N ratios etc.), comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts. Analyze trends and variances, providing actionable insights to drive performance improvements and cost efficiencies and generate regular reports for management.

Financial Reporting: Collaborate with accounting teams and finance operations team in the markets to ensure reconciliation of actual financial results with forecasts, Collaborate with Supply Chain team in HQ and markets to gather, consolidate and report sales outlook to LT members and HQ commercial controlling, Review Sales adjustment accruals and make sure sales are closed on time as per the reporting calendar, investigate and explain deviation vs sales Outlook, FC and Budget, Perform monthly check on contribution margin components (Price, G2N, COGS, Commissions etc.), Lead the monthly rolling FC process in the region. Assist in the preparation of accurate monthly performance review slide deck, yearly budget presentation and any one off / Ad hoc presentation to deep dive into specific financial topics as requested by management.

Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the FP&A function, streamlining reporting processes and enhancing data accuracy. Implement best practices to ensure efficient and effective financial analysis and reporting.

Business Partnering: Act as Finance business partner for Non Direct Markets, Support Commercial head on the day to day operations, Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses, and present them to stakeholders. Monitor financial performance against targets and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis. Collaborate with shared services to follow up on receivable/payable for timely collection and payment.

Your Profile:
  • BBA Degree or equivalent with focus on Finance & Accounting or Business Analytic.
  • 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working as Finance, FP&A or Business Analyst in Pharma, FMCG or similar industry.
  • Proven history of seeking out new information and learning quickly \xe2\x80\x93 agility to absorb new concepts, analyse data and ask insightful questions to make effective decisions.
  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams, effectively communicating and influencing decisions.
  • Ability to \xe2\x80\x9cflex\xe2\x80\x9d across different types of cultures, complexities, business situations.
  • Ability to summarize complex information into simple understandable concept.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience working with business intelligence tool (Power BI) and ERP (SAP).
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to create energy and excitement.
  • Excellent command of English, any other language is a plus.
