To support Country Finance Director for the overall financial planning, analysis and controlling of Morocco To ensure the consistency and delivery of global financial performance and adherence with Country KPIs To coordinate and supervise the financial performance with all related business partners / stakeholders

Responsibilities & Objectives

Coordination, monitoring and analysis of global financial performance (ensure the accuracy, the consistency and adherence of all financial KPIs in close relationship with other operational and support functions) Contribute to monthly actual financial reporting process Drive the forecast and budget process for the Country Communicate and supervise the financial performance with all related business partners / stakeholders Prepare financials presentations, reports and analysis for local and regional management Provide ad-hoc financial analysis when requested Support the Tender activity when needed Support the Country Finance Director for Business Controlling and local compliance

Qualifications / Key requirements:

Bachelors's / Master's degree in Finance More than 8 years of experience in finance (financial controlling or FP&A roles...) Experience in Transportation/Construction sector is a plus Fluent in English & French, both written and spoken Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure and tight deadlines Ability to perform in a multinational and complex environment, create and manage network and connections with global organization, Product Lines and large list of different stakeholders Experience in Budget/Forecast and performance controlling Experience for team management Strong knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Ability to present and communicate with senior management Excellent knowledge of MS Office Pack (Excel, PPT, Word...)
