Position: Manager - Finance Operations
Location: UAE
Salary: Up to AED 28,000 + Family Benefits + Bonus
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager to lead and oversee the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury, General Ledger, Audit, Tax, and Compliance functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical finance expertise, and hands-on experience within the UAE real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 10-12 accountants across AP, AR, and Treasury functions.
Oversee and ensure accuracy in AP, GL, and AR operations, including reconciliations and month-end closings.
Manage treasury operations to ensure liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, tax requirements, and internal financial policies.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
Develop and maintain financial controls, processes, and reporting standards.
Partner with senior leadership on financial planning, strategy, and decision support.
Drive process improvements, efficiency, and automation within finance operations.
Requirements
Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
Minimum 8-10 years' finance experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Proven expertise in real estate sector finance within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of AP, AR, Treasury, GL, Tax, Audit, and Compliance.
Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
