A leading travel tech company in Dubai is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to streamline operations, lead automation, and drive finance transformation.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 15K-22K + benefits
Reporting to: CFO
What You'll Do:
Lead dispute resolution & payment operations
Standardise SOPs and drive automation
Integrate finance systems and eliminate revenue leakage
What You'll Need:
8-10 yrs in finance ops (3+ in leadership)
Strong ERP/CRM & automation experience
Operationally driven & systems-focused
