Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join our dynamic team in Qatar. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in finance, administration, logistics, and real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing vendors and suppliers
Coordinating facility maintenance and tenant management
Ensuring compliance with Company Policy and Procedure & Qatar regulations
Document & Inventory Control
Supporting procurement, Logistics, and administrative operations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum 4 years' proven experience in Administration, Finance, Document Control, and Logistics within the real estate sector
Proficient in SAP, CRM, and MS Office
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID
