Finance Executive (real Estate Developer)

Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Acquisition & Setup: Managing the financials for land purchase, including legal fees and government charges.
- Project Management: Managing consultant contracts, processing milestone-based invoices, and tracking construction budgets against actual costs.
- Sales & Revenue: Coordinating off-plan sales, collections, maintaining payment schedules, and ensuring strict compliance with escrow regulations and RERA-approved banks.
- Reporting: Preparing financial statements, cash flow projections, and ensuring overall VAT compliance.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounts & Finance within real estate developers.
- Strong understanding of UAE accounting standards and VAT compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
