Job Description

The role involves leading financial reporting, financial close, audit coordination and maintaining accurate records across funds and investment entities.
Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports in compliance with IFRS.
Work closely with accountants on the team and review work (general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations)
Support the financial close process and help ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Maintain records for portfolio companies, fund entities, and internal cost centers.
Collaborate with external auditors and assist with year-end audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and support process improvements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
Work closely with fund administration teams, investment teams, and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACA/ACCA is an advantage.
4-8 years of experience, including Big 4 audit experience with financial services clients (e.g., asset management, investment funds, private equity).
Sound knowledge of IFRS; experience with fund accounting or investment vehicles is a plus.
Strong Excel and financial systems skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) is desirable.
Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
