JOB SUMMARY:

Our client, a fast-growing company in the

Signage & Outdoor Advertising

industry based in Dubai, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic

Finance Manager

. The ideal candidate must have

a minimum of 10 years of experience

in finance, with at least

5 years in a leadership role within the signage, outdoor media, or advertising sector

.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and market expansion in the signage and advertising sector. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting across business verticals including production, sales, and installation. Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to ensure financial health and business continuity. Implement cost control and process optimization measures across departments. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership. Ensure strict compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax laws, and local accounting standards. Manage external audits and ensure internal financial policies meet regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, vendors, and external stakeholders for credit lines and funding needs. Provide financial insights to support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and project bids. Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team, instilling accountability and performance culture. Stay updated on industry trends, economic changes, and regulatory updates impacting the advertising and signage industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification:

Must have CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA certifications (qualified or part-qualified)

Experience:

Minimum 10+ years in finance and accounting UAE, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role

within the signage, outdoor advertising, or related media industry

.

Skills & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of project costing, margin analysis, and revenue recognition in service-based industries. Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or industry-specific tools). In-depth knowledge of UAE tax and compliance regulations. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
