. The successful candidate will lead the finance and accounting functions of the organization, ensuring robust financial management, regulatory compliance, strategic budgeting, and accurate financial reporting.
This role demands a hands-on leader capable of driving financial efficiency, leading a team of professionals, and delivering critical financial insights to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Ensure full compliance with UAE tax laws and financial regulations, including corporate tax filing.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and tax advisors for audits, financial reporting, and tax matters.
Maintain and enhance internal controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and risk mitigation.
Monitor daily cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial health across all projects.
Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts in coordination with department heads.
Analyze budget vs. actuals and provide actionable insights and variance reports.
Oversee project-based accounting and ensure profitability of signage installation and production projects.
Track material usage, labor costs, and subcontractor expenses to maintain budgetary control.
Collaborate with project managers and operations to forecast financial impact of project timelines and delays.
Evaluate capital expenditures and investment decisions for ROI and alignment with business strategy.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accountants and finance staff.
Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and develop training plans to elevate financial team capabilities.
Recommend improvements in manufacturing, procurement, and installation workflows to reduce costs and improve margins.
Implement systems and financial tools to support operational efficiency and real-time financial tracking.
Contribute to strategic planning and long-term financial goals with senior management.
Key Requirements:
Qulaification:
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA, CPA, ACCA qualified or part qualified preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in the signage or advertising sector*. Strong understanding of project-based accounting and cost control in production/installation environments.
Proficient in ERP/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws, VAT, and corporate tax regulations.
