JOB SUMMARY:

Our client, an established company in the signage and outdoor advertising sector, is seeking an experienced

Finance Manager.

This leadership role is pivotal in steering the company's financial strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting continued growth.

The ideal candidate will bring

over 10 years of financial expertise

, including a

minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within signage, outdoor media advertising

, or a related industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and market expansion in the signage and advertising sector. Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting across business verticals including production, sales, installation and after sales. Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to ensure financial health and business continuity. Implement cost control and process optimization measures across departments. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership. Ensure strict compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax laws, and local accounting standards. Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and performance insights to senior leadership. Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax laws, and accounting standards. Manage audits and ensure internal financial policies meet regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, vendors, and external stakeholders for credit lines and funding needs. Provide financial insights to support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and project bids. Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team, instilling accountability and performance culture. Stay updated on industry trends, economic changes, and regulatory updates impacting the advertising and signage industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification:

Must have CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA certifications (qualified or part-qualified)

Experience:

Minimum 10+ years in finance and accounting UAE, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role

within the signage, outdoor advertising, or related media industry

Skills & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of project costing, margin analysis, and revenue recognition in service-based industries. Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or industry-specific tools). In-depth knowledge of UAE tax and compliance regulations. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
