WE ARE HIRING - FINANCE MANAGER (Real Estate)
The Finance Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the financial operations of Masterpiece, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow). Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and financial laws. Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes. Support decision-making with data-driven financial insights and strategic planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Real Estate Experience (Preferably) Compliance Experience (Preferably) Experience working in startups or dynamic business environments is a plus.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
