Finance Manager

to lead our finance function.

The Finance Manager will oversee and manage all financial aspects of the company, including accounting operations, taxation, escrow management, TAS, and Noqodi. The ideal candidate will have

10-15 years of proven experience

in the

real estate development sector

and be well-versed in the UAE's financial and regulatory environment. This is a leadership role requiring a hands-on, proactive, and results-driven professional who can build and lead a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Operations

Oversee day-to-day financial operations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Supervise the timely preparation and reconciliation of inflows with the

Account Trustee

to ensure TAS, developer accounts, and

DLD systems

are fully aligned. Manage and monitor

escrow inflows and outflows

through TAS accounts, ensuring compliance with RERA requirements. Should have a full hands-on escrow account. Supervise procurement budgets, long-term payment plans, and project accounting, including costing and cost control with project management teams. Set up and maintain a

chart of accounts

for the development company and any future subsidiaries or manufacturing units. Monitor and control

receivables

from customers and jointly-owned properties (JOPs). Manage month-end and year-end

financial consolidation

across multiple entities. Oversee issuance of receipts and invoices through end-to-end software integrated with RERA.

Taxation & Compliance

Manage all aspects of

VAT

,

Corporate Tax

, and other tax obligations in line with UAE regulations. Assist with

RERA audits

, compile audit remarks, and provide reasons for any changes during the reporting period. Liaise with

internal and external auditors

for year-end audits and ensure timely completion of statutory reporting.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Build, mentor, and manage a strong finance team, including receivable, payable, and accounting executives. Work closely with other departments, project management, and senior leadership to support operations and strategic growth.

ERP & Systems Management

Utilize

Oracle Fusion

to streamline financial processes, reporting, and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

10-15 years of finance experience

in the

real estate development sector

in the UAE. Strong knowledge of

TAS

,

escrow

,

Noqodi

, and UAE regulatory requirements. Expertise in

UAE VAT, Corporate Tax

, and RERA compliance. Proficiency in

Oracle Fusion

or similar ERP systems. Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and manage finance teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
