ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager (Real Estate & Investments) with 8-10 years of proven expertise in the UAE real estate sector. The role will oversee financial operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Special Projects, while leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team. This position requires a strong background in real estate finance, regulatory compliance, ERP systems, and strategic financial planning to support the company's growth and operational excellence.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage finance operations, including end-to-end accounts payable and
receivable functions across Real Estate & Investments and projects.

Provide leadership and direction to a finance team, ensuring effective mentoring,
performance management, and professional development.

Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and treasury operations, ensuring
adequate liquidity and financial stability.

Manage consolidation, financial statements, and month/year-end closing in
compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.

Drive special projects related to mergers, acquisitions, financial restructuring, system
implementations, and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and all UAE FTA financial regulations,
including timely and accurate filings.

Collaborate with Business heads, project team, operations, and procurement teams to
align financial planning with business objectives and project budgets.

Present periodic management reports with actionable insights on financial
performance, cost efficiency, and business risks.

Implement strong internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company
assets and ensure governance.

REQUIREMENTS

8-10 years of progressive finance experience in the UAE, with at least 5 years in real
estate development, contracting, or project-based industries.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in same / similar capacity. Demonstrated leadership experience managing finance teams and overseeing both
accounts payables and receivables.

Hands-on expertise with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced proficiency in
MS Excel.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications
(CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the
ability to partner with senior leadership.

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities with a proactive, solution?oriented approach.
