Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Dubai. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analyzing financial reports, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Daily tasks include preparing financial statements, developing strategies for financial growth, monitoring budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Skills in Financial Planning, Finance, and Financial Statements Manage Escrow Accounts Experience with Financial Reporting and Analytical Skills Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Extensive experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or similar certification preferred
