Our client : An FMCG distribution company in Dubai is looking to hire a Finance Manager

Your role: As a Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include P&L management, Capex evaluation, trading and financial risk management, revenue management and pricing, distribution optimization, financial planning and budgeting, and financial reporting and compliance. You will monitor and analyze the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial performance, prepare accurate and timely P&L statements, conduct financial analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop action plans based on P&L analysis. You will evaluate potential Capex projects, conduct financial feasibility studies, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize resources effectively. Additionally, you will develop and implement financial risk management strategies, monitor trading activities, oversee revenue management and pricing, optimize distribution networks, and assist in budgeting and financial reporting processes while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining data integrity. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) distribution.

Must haves: Should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Finance field. A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred). Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the FMCG industry, with a strong focus on distribution and logistics. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Knowledge and expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. Familiarity with risk management strategies and financial markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and compliance. Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
