Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA is a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles within regulated financial institutions.
At least 5 years in a senior finance or managerial capacity, demonstrating deep familiarity with regulatory reporting, compliance standards, and financial governance in the banking or exchange sector.
Strong command of financial systems and reporting tools, with advanced IT skills in financial analysis, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting environments.
