Job Description
Responsible for ensuring internal controls & financial discipline and overall profitability of the business through margin realization, driving cost control measures and optimum working capital utilization.

- Trade Variance -Sales/Brand/Margin Analysis
- Controls on Opex as per Authority Matrix
- Business Reviews MIS with RFD/RMD/GM
- Assist and Control the other Departmental Activities
- Analysis Budget vs Actual, Control Measures to achieve Targets (EBIT)
- Management of Finance Team, Incentive Scheme, KPIs of Team
- Implementation of Companys\' and Groups\' defined Policies & Controls (DLA)
- Checking & signing customer contracts + Non goods suppliers
- Liaison with Internal/External Auditors, Legal Advisors
- Approval of sample request
- Budget & Forecast working
- Customers P&L/ new prices
- Reviewing AR &AP/GL scrutiny
- Checking & Authorizing All Vouchers
- Checking and management of LC\'
- Payroll /Salaries
- Weekly Sales report
- governing Gratuity /leave salary/Warehouse overtime/final settlement computation0
- Coordination with HR regarding employee compensation
- PO approvals
- Sales Returns via email
- Promotion approvals
- PNL approval manual and System
- Customer Rebates / Provisions
- Journal / payments / entry approvals
- Coordinating with suppliers for payments terms
- SCF proposal to suppliers
- Coordinating with Country Manager on important matters
- PAC and monthly performance of Team
- CT / ET / VAT / WHT
- +7 years of experience in finance & accounting in FMCG industry
- University Degree in Finance with a financial certification preferably (CFP, CFO
- Strategic thinking & planning
- Analytical skills
- Leadership & Initiative
- Advanced Excel
