Develop your skills as a growth minded Business Manager to serve on the Business Management (BM) team that can collaborate globally across a diverse set of stakeholders in a dynamic environment, building relationships and maintenance will be a key to success in this role. This is a highly visible role across the Payments organization and offers the ability to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders.

As Business Manager in Payments team you will support the MEA Payments management team across sales, business management, product and other line of business and support functional partners to help achieve region objectives and opportunities. You will assist in shaping the go-forward strategic vision of the business and driving the communication of the regions business strategy, performance and priorities. Your responsibilities will include proactively and on request providing strategic analysis and reporting to facilitate business progression, assisting BM leads to manage business risk by ensuring an effective control environment and ensure the business\' compliance with Line of Business and firm-wide objectives and policies.

Job responsibilities
  • Develops monthly performance reporting and forecasts process vs plan, including revenue, balances, volumes, spreads and expense trends are completed
  • Prepares periodic and ad hoc business performance presentations / reviews as required
  • Develops monthly financial performance tracking against plan, as well as product roadmap execution reports and tracking
  • Assists product managers with tracking of existing and new business initiatives to oversee regional product roadmap and execution
  • Assesses impact of changes in regulations / market events
  • Contributes to the EMEA & Global F&BM agenda (priorities, projects, events)
  • Assists product managers with tracking of new business initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Understanding of Payments products, systems and processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; flexibility, ability to prioritize requests and multi-task in the face of ever-changing and sometimes conflicting demands
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and effective under pressure
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills, excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills; team player
  • Ability to work well individually and partner effectively within a team
  • Pro-active and problem solving mindset with ability to identify, clearly present and implement solutions
  • A thorough understanding and appreciation of risks and controls
  • Disciplined approach to processes and controls with a view to continuous improvement
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Education to degree standard (or equivalent) in an Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
