Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to assist customers in securing financing and insurance options for their vehicle purchases. This role involves presenting and explaining various financial products and insurance coverage, processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. They work closely with customers to provide tailored solutions, helping to maximize sales and revenue for the dealership while ensuring a smooth and transparent purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

To make Invoices & Sales Agreements of New cars and used cars.

To submit the claims to the banks and following the payments.

To collect & check the Bank claim papers for finance deals from sales executives.

To keep records of all new cars & used cars invoices and its registration.

Responsible in submitting invoice copies& Registration copies to Accounts Department.

To keep records of sales agreements invoiced and not invoiced.

Keeping the records of Finance & Insurance campaigns.

Provide excellent customer service, maintaining standards required to meet the business objectives.

Establishes & sustains effective relations with key customers.

Drives customer satisfaction by translating dealership objectives to consistently meet and exceed their expectations.

Continuously suggests innovative approaches to provide customize customer relation's solutions.

Ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction at all times to establish repeat sales & referrals.

Promote AGMC to create public awareness of commitment to customer satisfaction & service excellence.

Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant certifications or training in finance, insurance, or automotive sales is an advantage.

Previous experience in finance, insurance, or automotive sales is preferred.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
