Revenue and Reservations
Executive
to join our Dubai office.
Responsibilities
Revenue Management:
Track occupancy, ADR, commission, and revenue vs. budget using daily reports
Prepare for and act on weekly pricing meetings. Update new property pricing, orphan nights, and promotional rates
Address daily owner pricing feedback, prepare forecasts, and implement requested changes
Assist with special requests from operations, sales, finance, and other revenue managers
Stay updated with market trends, neighborhood performance, and use PriceLabs data to refine strategies
Work closely with Revenue manager for budgeting and re-forecasting process
Reservations Management:
Check daily reservations and cancellations across channels and flag unusual activity
Collaborate daily with the telesales team, review leads, and handle weekend extension or guest inquiries
Manage and update Booking.com offers like Genius, Mobile rates, and Visibility Boosters
Analyze telesales bookings and pricing impact; review segment and channel performance monthly
Requirements
:
BA or MA in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or related field.
1-2 years of experience in revenue & reservations management, pricing analysis, or related roles within the hospitality or real estate industry.
Fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and revenue management software.
A detail-oriented individual with a relentless commitment to quality.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
