Senior Executive - Finance and Accounting - Jumeirah Mina Al Salam Dubai
Position Overview
Jumeirah Mina Al Salam is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Executive to join its Finance and Accounting team. The role involves managing financial records, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance within a luxury hospitality environment.

What You'll Do

• Record and allocate corporate credit card charges accurately to respective accounts.
• Identify and process technical service fee payments in JI debtors account.
• Maintain and reconcile books for business units, ensuring timely month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Complete bank reconciliations in line with SLA deadlines.
• Assist team members and resolve queries to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Archive monthly financial backups securely as per compliance requirements.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a recognized university.
• 0-2 years' experience in finance, preferably in hospitality or customer-focused industries.
• Professional accounting certifications such as CPA or CIMA preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
