Job Overview
This position plays a crucial role in financial planning and analysis within Al-Futtaim Real Estate (AFRE), DFC, and Malls. You will ensure timely financial reporting, assist in budget and forecast preparation, drive process enhancements, and act as a liaison between the finance team and business units. Your insights will directly influence key business decisions and ensure robust financial governance.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage timely month-end closings, revenue recognition, and cash flow forecasting
• Ensure monthly balance sheet integrity with proper substantiation and documentation
• Prepare and analyze annual budgets, reforecasts, and financial plans with cross-functional teams
• Investigate and explain budget variances, suggesting corrective actions where needed
• Support automation of financial reporting processes and contribute to finance improvement projects
• Consolidate revenue and KPIs across entities in the real estate portfolio for internal and external reporting
• Liaise with RESI/COMM and Malls Finance teams to deliver strategic analysis for operating assets
• Build financial models and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to guide performance decisions

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and management accounting
• Strong background in real estate or mall accounting preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Office, Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query
• Working knowledge of SAP, BPC, ARIBA, and YARDI ERP systems
• Proficiency in financial modelling and data interpretation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CIMA certification preferred
