Corporate Finance Analyst Real Estate

Job Description
As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will support the financial strategy and execution of large-scale real estate developments.
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models and feasibility studies
- Conducting cash flow analysis, ROI assessments, and scenario planning
- Supporting fundraising efforts through preparation of financial proposals and stakeholder engagement
- Performing market research and investment analysis to identify opportunities
- Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership and investors
- Supporting due diligence and risk assessment for investment decisions
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis within the real estate sector
- CA qualification required; MBA and/or CFA preferred
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Opportunity to work on high-profile real estate projects
