Reporting to the Training Director ME, you will lead the sales staff performance improvement by a regular presence in the ME stores' network.
The key responsibilities will be to deliver customer journey training, manage the inductions for new joiners, identify training needs also by coaching on the job the In-Store staff and managers, provide post training support to improve and enhance the performance of sales team.
Job responsibilities
Regularly run training needs analysis for the in-store staff
Plan, schedule and execute training and coaching activities on regular basis according to the specific needs
Develop creative and innovative approaches to deliver training programs
Manage the induction plans and activities for new comers
Report on weekly activity and give feedback from the field to the Training Director and Retail Directors
Liaise with HR, Store Managers and Retail Directors in identifying top talents among the client advisors and department managers population also advising on development opportunities and plans
Prepare and adapt training courses and workshops material
Evaluate training materials and recommend improvement
Collect attendance sheets and track on a monthly basis training and coaching history executing corrective actions when needed
Provide logistics and administrative support to the training department activities
Monitor the training budget
Profile
3+ years of experience in a training department and/or a retail management role within an international environment and culture
Experience in Training and Coaching
Ability to assess coaching and training skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC devices
Mandatory English and Arabic will be a plus
Willingness to travel
