The primary function of the role is to perform UPS commissioning, service/repairs and periodic maintenance for Eaton Install base. You will be working on Eaton UPSs including the scope from small 1-phase UPS to large data center UPSs up to 1700kVA. S/he will follow up customer agreements and customer satisfaction through planning, execution, documentation and invoicing of service tasks. S/he will ensure update of customer information, technical documentation and input to correct invoicing of customers. S/he will support customers in technical questions (phone and/ or mail) and support own colleagues in Service department and sales with technical knowledge. S/he will participate in required training (technical, mandatory by Eaton or by law).

What you'll do:

Responsible for performing commissioning, service, repair and preventive maintenance on Eatons Installed Base/products. Proactively involve in scheduling/planning of works. Actively support and work to be in line with goals and performance KPIs. Secure timely reporting and technical reports are done in connection to each individual work. Attend all mandatory trainings provided in accordance with Eaton policy. Work and act in line with Eaton guidelines, processes and code of ethics. Cooperate with Project Managers in projects supporting in plannnig and commissioning scheduling. Offer support for high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required. Maintain direct links with business units (HPO) in technical issues. Actively support Eatons Environment, Health & Safety culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering 3+ years of experience in Field Service Engineering

Skills:

UPS 1-phase/3-phase systems, Battery backup, emergency supply. Good communication skills Be able to work together with different cultures
