The primary function of the role is to perform UPS commissioning, service/repairs and periodic maintenance for Eaton Install base. You will be working on Eaton UPSs including the scope from small 1-phase UPS to large data center UPSs up to 1700kVA. S/he will follow up customer agreements and customer satisfaction through planning, execution, documentation and invoicing of service tasks. S/he will ensure update of customer information, technical documentation and input to correct invoicing of customers. S/he will support customers in technical questions (phone and/ or mail) and support own colleagues in Service department and sales with technical knowledge. S/he will participate in required training (technical, mandatory by Eaton or by law).
What you'll do:

• Responsible for performing commissioning, service, repair and preventive maintenance on Eatons Installed Base/products.
• Proactively involve in scheduling/planning of works.
• Actively support and work to be in line with goals and performance KPIs.
• Secure timely reporting and technical reports are done in connection to each individual work.
• Attend all mandatory trainings provided in accordance with Eaton policy.
• Work and act in line with Eaton guidelines, processes and code of ethics.
• Cooperate with Project Managers in projects supporting in plannnig and commissioning scheduling.
• Offer support for high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required.
• Maintain direct links with business units (HPO) in technical issues.
• Actively support Eatons Environment, Health & Safety culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• 3+ years of experience in Field Service Engineering

Skills:

• UPS 1-phase/3-phase systems, Battery backup, emergency supply.
• Good communication skills
• Be able to work together with different cultures
