DISHAA MACHINERY & TOOLS LLC (DUBAI) -

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Field Service Engineer with expertise in installation and maintenance repairs of CNC Vertical Turret Lathe Machines, NC / CNC Press Brake, Laser cutting, Plasma machines and Plate Rolling Machines to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of these machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime and zero supervision for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of all machines at client sites in and around GCC. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently and safely. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and CNC control issues on machines. Provide technical support and training to clients on machine operation and maintenance. Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for all maintenance and repair work. Respond promptly to service calls and ensure timely resolution of issues. Keep up-to-date with latest technologies and advancements in CNC machinery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Proven experience working with NC/CNC Press Brake, Laser cutting machines, Plasma Machine, CNC vertical turret lathe machines and plate rolling machines. Strong mechanical, hydraulics, electrical, and CNC control troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of PLC, CNC programming, and machine automation is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
