A fast-growing property care company is looking for a hands-on, organised Field Operations Lead to oversee daily service delivery across multiple holiday home units. This includes managing housekeeping schedules, supervising field staff, coordinating vendors, and ensuring all jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily schedules for housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
Ensure teams arrive on time and jobs are completed with quality
Conduct spot checks and ensure SOPs are followed
Handle job confirmations and updates with clients
Track inventory and manage logistics of linen, amenities, and supplies
Book and coordinate third-party vendors when needed
Report job completion and escalate issues where necessary
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, hotel, or spa environment
Strong scheduling, coordination, and team supervision skills
Clear communicator in English (spoken and written)
Good with mobile tools such as WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and task trackers
Can handle pressure and last-minute changes
UAE driving license is a strong advantage
