Field Operations Supervisor/Manager

to lead and manage our

Cleaning

AC Maintenance

Painting

, and

General Maintenance

teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

facility management

or

technical services

, with proven leadership in managing multi-skilled field teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily field operations across service categories including cleaning, AC servicing, painting, and general maintenance. Plan, assign, and manage workforce deployment to ensure timely job completion and balanced team workload. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure high-quality service delivery, adherence to safety standards, and customer satisfaction. Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians, cleaners, and maintenance staff to maintain high team performance and professionalism. Ensure availability, proper use, and maintenance of tools, equipment, cleaning materials, and spare parts. Maintain accurate attendance records, enforce discipline, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies. Proactively address operational issues, resolve customer complaints, and manage emergency service requests effectively. Collaborate with scheduling and customer service teams for smooth dispatching, task coordination, and client communication. Prepare and submit timely daily/weekly operational reports on job status, team productivity, and incident logs. Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, resource utilization, and operational efficiency. Ensure all activities comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and internal health, safety, and quality standards. Manage blue-collar field teams with strong leadership, addressing performance issues, team conflicts, and resource allocation challenges. Arabic language skills are a plus. Experience in managing blue-collar teams in a field operations or facility management environment is essential.
