WHAT'S THE ROLE?
This position offers direct leadership experience to implement our Engineering strategy, aiming to maximize specification products sales and deliver engineering services to our customers. Will also lead, develop and coach a team of field engineers.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
This role involves leading and coaching a team of field engineers to drive technical sales by convincing specifiers and influencers of Hilti's superior solutions. It requires regularly visiting consultants, contractors, and projects to identify opportunities and maximize product specifications and sales. The role also includes developing and managing business relationships, conducting technical seminars, creating and implementing business development strategies, and providing technical support and training. Additionally, the role involves producing and reviewing design calculations according to company standards, and using CRM tools to track sales activities and opportunities.
