Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated
Interior Design Engineer - Team Leader
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design with leadership capabilities to manage and guide a team of designers across multiple projects.Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the interior design team to deliver high-quality design solutions. Manage project timelines, resources, and client requirements effectively. Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and material selections. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project execution. Maintain design standards and ensure adherence to project budgets and deadlines. Provide mentorship and support to junior designers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of
5 years of experience
in interior design, includingat least 2 years in a leadership role
. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.). Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Previous experience working in the UAE is highly preferred.How to Apply:
