Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Interior Designer specializing in hospitality to join our dynamic Design 360 Studio at Azizi Developments in Dubai. You will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and executing innovative interior design solutions, particularly for high-end hotels, F&B outlets, and luxurious residential projects. You will collaborate closely with the design team to develop cohesive FF&E proposals that align with design aesthetics, functionality, and budget requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present FF&E design concepts from initial ideation to detailed specifications for furniture, fixtures, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure FF&E proposals align with the project's design direction, functional needs, and budget constraints.
- Prepare detailed design presentations, mood boards, and visual storytelling to effectively communicate ideas.
- Maintain and update the FF&E library, staying informed on the latest industry trends, materials, and finishes.
- Support the procurement team by preparing accurate specifications and sourcing relevant products.
- Manage FF&E selections and specifications, ensuring compliance with design standards and project goals.
- Collaborate with external suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to source high-quality products.
- Coordinate with Senior/Lead Interior Designers to ensure seamless integration of FF&E elements with overall design concepts.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to provide design insights and solutions.
- Support the team in a design capacity, assisting with design rollouts, detailed drawings, GA\'s, RCP\'s, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Ensure high-quality output and standards throughout all phases of the design process.
- Provide creative input to develop new hotel design guidelines and brand standards for hospitality projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Interior Design, or Architecture.
- 3-10 years of experience in FF&E Interior Design, preferably in hospitality, F&B, residential, retail, public spaces, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
- Proven track record of designing for 4-star and 5-star Hospitality and F&B projects.
- Strong understanding of FF&E brands, budgets, materials, color palettes, and specifications.
- Knowledge of contract documents, design documentation, product and supplier resources, FF&E and OSE services, and regional design codes.
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the capability to meet tight deadlines.
- Local experience in the UAE is highly preferred.
