Position Overview
Azizi Developments is hiring an FF&E and Interior Designer to join its Design 360 Studio in Dubai, reporting to the Interior Design Manager - Hospitality. The role focuses on furniture, fixtures, and equipment design, supporting hotel interiors and hospitality projects, while also contributing to residential, retail, and mixed-use developments.

Job Details

• Develop FF&E design concepts and detailed specifications for hospitality, F&B, residential, and retail projects
• Collaborate with design teams to create presentations, material boards, and detailed drawings including GAs, RCPs, sections, and elevations
• Support procurement processes by preparing information for in-house teams and maintaining an updated FF&E library
• Research and stay up to date on FF&E trends, materials, palettes, and brands for project applications
• Work with Senior Designers and Interior Design Managers to develop hotel design guidelines and project-specific standards
• Ensure all deliverables meet design direction, project budgets, and quality benchmarks
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and procurement teams for FF&E sourcing and approvals
• Support QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with regional design codes
• Coordinate design outputs across cross-sector projects and rollouts as required
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of specifications, budgets, FF&E services, and documentation standards

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 5-10 years of professional experience in FF&E and interior design for hospitality, retail, and mixed-use projects
• Strong knowledge of FF&E brands, materials, palettes, and budgets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and InDesign
• Skilled in developing concepts through detailed specifications and documentation
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deliverables
• Experience in working with hotel design rollouts and international hospitality standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across teams and suppliers
