Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective transportation strategies. Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws. Manage driver performance and provide training as needed. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Analyzing and preparing technical transportation policy information and reports to support informed decision-making. Supporting the section manager regarding transportation policy, planning, and legislation, providing ongoing assistance as needed. Analyzing results and issues raised by RTA/ADNOC entities monitoring the implementation of transport policies and recommending required actions. Identifying and proposing solutions to various transportation issues and problems that Collaborate with the transport operations team to maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements. Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Manage day-to-day operational activities, such as fleet report, vehicle breakdown.

Manage fleet report on a daily basis for more than 400 vehicles.
Find and analyze the cause of any vehicle breakdown and make sure to make it ready on urgent basis.
Make sure to look after all equipment/vehicles to work smoothly.
Able to make decisions for future progress.
Ensuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience in transportation management. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Transportation Planning/Urban Planning or equivalent from an accredited university. Master's degree in Urban Planning/Transportation Planning (preferred).
