to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the sales team, managing client communications, and supporting invoicing, quotations, and basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients and the sales team to ensure smooth order processing
Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments
Maintain accurate sales and account records
Assist in tracking sales performance and generating reports
Support day-to-day office operations as needed
Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per role requirement)
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
Proven experience in sales coordination and accounts (2+ years)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
Available to join immediately or on short notice (preferred)
