Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients regarding daily mobilization and demobilization schedules.
Manage transportation logistics for drivers and vehicles, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs.
Maintain clear communication between clients, drivers, and internal teams.
Update and maintain trip schedules, logs, and documentation.
Monitor vehicle availability and condition, and report maintenance needs.
Handle emergency transport requirements and resolve client concerns promptly.
Support the operations team in achieving smooth daily transport activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience
in a transportation or logistics company is
mandatory
.
Fluent in Urdu
(spoken and written); knowledge of English or Arabic is a plus.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to
Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
.
