You will be responsible for managing assigned leads, maintaining accurate records, and helping clients choose the right meal plan for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Contact new and existing leads via phone and WhatsApp
Explain Diet Delights meal plans clearly and professionally
Convert inquiries into
confirmed subscriptions
Follow up with interested clients in a timely manner
Accurately update lead status in the CRM system:
Interested
Call Back
Follow-Up Later
Not Interested
Lost (with reason)
Converted
Ensure all lead outcomes are clearly recorded
Meet individual sales targets
Handle basic customer support tasks such as client requests, complaints, and coordination with internal teams when required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in telesales or customer-facing sales roles
Good communication skills in English and Arabic
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups
Basic CRM or system experience (training provided)
