Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and promote products/services
Assist customers with order placements, inquiries, and complaints
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into sales
Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate information
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer experience
Prepare and share regular reports on customer feedback and sales performance
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident, persuasive, and customer-centric approach
Strong sales acumen with ability to meet targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Prior experience in customer service or telesales is a plus
Flexibility to work in shifts if required
