We are hiring
female real estate telesales agents
who will primarily be responsible forcalling potential clients
and promoting our property listings. This is aphone-based sales role
, ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, target-driven, and passionate about real estate.What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and renters from company-provided leads Promote property listings and explain available real estate opportunities Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients Build and maintain strong client relationships over the phone Meet monthly calling and conversion targets Coordinate with the sales and leasing team for closing deals
Requirements:
Female candidates only
(as per business needs) Experience intelemarketing, telesales, or call center
roles (real estate experience is a plus) Excellent phone communication and negotiation skills Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality Good command of English (Arabic or other languages are a plus) Basic computer skills (CRM usage is an advantage) Currently based in the UAEJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
