Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Fashion Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of the store. This includes driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Profitability

Achieve and exceed store sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; implement action plans for underperforming areas. Drive upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling techniques.

2. Customer Experience

Ensure excellent customer service standards are delivered consistently. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and resolve complaints efficiently. Train staff on customer service etiquette, styling tips, and brand knowledge.

3. People Management

Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve performance and growth. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily task allocation. Conduct regular performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and training plans. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

4. Visual Merchandising

Ensure the store's visual display is in line with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns. Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store layout to enhance the shopping experience.

5. Inventory & Stock Control

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain for replenishment. Conduct regular stock counts and ensure proper loss prevention practices. Minimize shrinkage through effective inventory management.

6. Operational Excellence

Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, opening/closing, and security. Ensure store policies, procedures, and health & safety standards are followed. Manage store expenses and control operating costs.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years in a retail environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or store management role.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven with a passion for fashion and trends Good knowledge of retail KPIs and operations Proficient in MS Office and POS systems

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
