Key Responsibilities
People Development and HR

• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team aligned with store needs
• Coach and develop staff in product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer experience
• Lead weekly team briefings to communicate goals, performance, and priorities

Customer Experience and Sales

• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times through coaching and floor presence
• Address customer needs, support the sales team, and maintain strong visibility on the floor
• Maintain consistent visual merchandising and promotional standards

Sales and Profitability

• Meet and exceed profitability targets including sales, payroll efficiency, shrinkage, and conversions
• Analyze performance trends and implement action plans to drive revenue

Store Operations

• Oversee loss prevention through effective inventory control and transaction monitoring
• Ensure all store procedures are followed, including stock handling, reporting, and safety
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization in alignment with brand guidelines

Required Skills

• Extensive retail experience in sales, operations, and brand management within the fashion sector
• Strong knowledge of market trends, brand positioning, and retail economics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development capabilities
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actions

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a Store Manager or equivalent leadership role
• Proficient in English (spoken and written), MS Office (Excel, Outlook), and SAP preferred
• Capable of standing for extended hours and handling moderate lifting duties
