Key Requirements
Native Arabic speaker
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proven experience with
Shopify
(2+ years preferred)
Comfortable managing orders, returns, and inventory within Shopify
Familiar with email/chat-based customer service
Organized, reliable, and solution-oriented
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer support in both Arabic and English
Manage Shopify orders, returns, shipping updates, and cancellations
Assist customers with product-related inquiries
Monitor store inboxes and respond within agreed SLAs
Provide backend support (updating product info, tagging orders, etc.)
