We are looking for a motivated and professional
Female Customer Service Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in customer service (experience in building materials, porcelain, or sanitary ware is aplus
).Fluent in Arabic
and able tocommunicate effectively in English
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable about building materials and able to answer customer inquiries confidently. Ability to follow up with clients and provide excellent service. Capable of managing and being in charge of theshowroom
. Skilled in organizing and decorating the office for events and occasions.Apply only if you are willing to relocation or can travel to this area.
Responsibilities:
Assist and support customers with product information and inquiries. Maintain the showroom's presentation and ensure a welcoming environment. Handle client follow-ups and maintain positive customer relationships. Support administrative and event-related tasks as needed.
