Job Description

We are looking for a professional FEMALE ARABIC SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team. Your role will be to communicate with clients, handle inquiries, provide information about our services, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

Make outbound follow-up calls when needed

Provide accurate information about services and offers

Maintain records and update customer data in the system

Ensure professional and friendly communication at all times


Requirements

:

Female candidate

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Good communication and listening skills

Positive attitude and professional appearance

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
