We are looking for a
female Administrative Assistant
to join our team immediately to support customer service operations. The main role will be handling client inquiries, contacting leads, and looking for potential new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a dedicated client email for handling customer inquiries
Contact leads and potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Follow up on existing and new leads to generate business
Maintain organized records of client interactions and leads
Provide basic administrative support to management
Assist in preparing and sending quotations to clients
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
Female candidates.
Minimum experience 3-5 years in customre service & telimarketing.
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word)
Customer service or telemarketing experience preferred
