We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable
Female Secretary/Office Administrator
to be the backbone of our daily operations. This vital role manages office administration, supports key financial processes through data entry, and ensures the smooth running of the workplace from opening to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management & Coordination:
Manage the
opening and closing procedures
of the office daily, ensuring security and readiness for business.
Oversee and coordinate all
office operations
, including maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Manage
incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
, ensuring accurate logging and distribution.
Maintain and organize
physical and electronic filing systems
and office records.
Manage
office supplies inventory
and procure necessary items as needed.
2. Administrative & Communication Support:
Handle all incoming and outgoing
emails and correspondence
with professionalism and discretion.
Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage the main office line.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff or management as required.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
3. Financial Data Entry & Support:
Perform accurate and timely
data entry for accounting transactions
(e.g., invoices, receipts, and expense reports) into the designated accounting software.
Assist in compiling documentation for basic bookkeeping or accounting needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
